hi peoples!!


I met with a lovely lady over at Salomons today to go over some details for the Ball.


We have to make some choices on the food....
3 from the following list


Texas Beef Burgers, Special herb Sausages, chicken drumsticks, breaded garlic and herb Quorn fillets, vegetarian sausages...


All to be served with Jacket potatoes, barbecue sauce, coleslaw, mixed green leaf salad, cucumber & tomato salad, soft rolls.......

The Fun_dRaisers Mid Summer Ball is gaining momentum.....
When is it?

The Victorian Theatre, Salomons Centre, Tunbridge Wells
What time is it?
7 -11.30pm
Who is it raising money for... ? 
The Stroke Association and Tonbridge disAbility with Ability Social Group


This is a family event, the chance to dress up and have some fun whilst raising money for others.


There is a licenced bar, a disco, room to dance, raffles with great prizes, lucky dips for the kids.

Mid Summers Ball

So the venue is sorted... 
Victorian Theatre at Salomons Centre, Tunbridge Wells.
18th June - 7.00 -11.30pm
suggested donation for tickets - £25 Adults / £5 children
licenced bar, music, dancing, finger buffet, raffles, lucky dip.


We still need :
pretty maybe flowery material to make bunting.
ribbon
Clean clear glass jars to put flowers in.
A source to procure flowers from.
Raffle prizes
boys lucky dip items
Display boards
Posters displayed
